I needed these clothes the Sunday before thanksgiving I ordered them in plenty time to have them about a week before that. When I noticed the package hadn’t been shipped I looked and saw where it said it had incorrect postage and wouldn’t be shipped I sent an email. Then the package was shipped a day or two later but didn’t arrive to my house until the Monday before thanksgiving. When I opened it I was missing items I had no idea I wouldn’t be getting and needed for thanksgiving. I contacted support and was told I couldn’t return the items because they are holiday items but could only receive 20% back or my order. I’m still waiting on someone to fix this whole mess for me. I haven’t been refunded for the missing items nor been sent back the 20%. Needless to say this was my first and last time shopping here.
